Arizona immigration law sb1070 was signed by the governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer on 23rd day of April. This bill is considered to be the most hard-hitting legislations in the America. According to this law, every person immigrating in the lands of Arizona needs to carry the legal documents of their foreign registration along with them. This law enabled the police of the state to question any person in the United States which they suspect to be illegally staying in their country. The copes can also address the people who illegally transport immigrants to their land or hire anyone knowing that it is not legal.

Such a tough step was taken by the government of Arizona because these illegal immigrants affected the social and the economic development of the place. They could easily escape from the state tax or find ways by paying very less tax as compared to the normal citizen of United States. This law also had its impact over the educational system of the state. People got scared in sending their children for the purpose of studying in Arizona because of the circumstances prevailing there. All this contributed to the fall in the number of students in the schools and universities of Arizona. In order to curb this problem, certain amendments and reforms for the immigration are set up so that illegal immigration can be stopped in the country along with the establishment of social security and peace. No matter what the critics say, this immigration bill is an example of good law which is written sensibly and after few amendments; it has come up as a law which is focused scrupulously.
